Profile

Update your display name and avatar. Your email is your sign-in identity.

Appearance

Theme — switch between light and dark.
Color theme — pick an accent color; the whole app (buttons, highlights, charts) follows it.
Date format — choose how dates are shown.

Coach persona

Planist's AI has a coach persona that sets the tone of its insights and nudges — from calm and practical to high-energy or gentle. Switch it anytime; the Dashboard coach and AI replies adopt the new voice. There's also a quick coach-switch shortcut in the app header.

Language

Planist speaks 10 languages. Switching the language also tells the AI which language to reply in — summaries, insights and rewrites all follow your current language.

Security — PIN for hidden notes

Set a PIN to protect hidden notes. Once set, marking a note hidden removes it from normal lists and requires the PIN to open. You can change or reset the PIN (reset is verified by email). Hidden notes are deliberately not reachable through the API / MCP.

See your current plan. Premium raises your monthly AI limits (chat, analysis) and unlocks features like the Dashboard AI coach and daily/weekly insights.

API keys (MCP)

Create personal API keys to connect Planist to tools like Claude Code via the MCP server. Name a key, copy it once at creation, see when it was last used, and revoke it anytime. Keys are stored hashed — the full key is shown only once.
