Planist AI

Planist AI is a zero-friction AI planner and assistant. You write your thoughts in plain language — a brain-dump, a meeting note, a to-do — and Planist turns them into something organized: a clean note, an extracted task list, a timeline, and gentle suggestions.

These docs walk through the whole product, plus the MCP server that lets you drive Planist from Claude Code.

Getting started

  1. Create an account and sign in. Your home is the Dashboard — a calm overview of what's next, your focus history, and (on Premium) an AI coach.
  2. Capture a thought. Hit New note and just type. You don't need structure — Planist's AI can analyze it for you.
  3. Let the AI organize it. Run an AI analysis to pull out tasks, a timeline, mood, and suggestions from your note.
  4. Work your tasks. Tasks have priority, due dates, status, recurrence, subtasks and comments. Track focus sessions with the built-in Pomodoro.

The main areas

  • Notes & AI — capturing, the rich editor, AI rewrite, AI analysis, covers and sharing.
  • Tasks — creating and organizing tasks, status, recurrence, comments and focus.
  • Settings — profile, appearance, language, PIN-protected notes, subscription, and API keys.
  • MCP / API — connect Planist to Claude Code (or any MCP client) and manage notes & tasks from your editor.

Core ideas

  • Zero-friction capture. Never lose a thought to formatting. Write first, organize later (or let the AI do it).
  • AI that lightens the load. If you write "I'm exhausted today", the plan adapts. The AI summarizes, extracts, and suggests — it doesn't get in your way.
  • Your data, your language. Planist speaks 10 languages and replies in the one you're using.
  • Calm by default. The interface stays quiet so you can think.
