Cookie Policy

Effective date: September 4, 2026

1. What this is

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Planist AI (“we”) uses a few to keep you signed in and remember your language, and, only with your permission, a few more to understand how the site is used and whether our advertising works. This page lists every one of them.

It complements our Privacy Policy, which covers everything else we do with your data.

2. Your choice

The first time you visit we ask which cookies you allow. Nothing beyond the necessary cookies is set until you answer. You can change your mind at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page, or here: .

Your answer is kept for six months, after which we ask again. Clearing your browser's cookies also clears the answer.

3. Necessary cookies

These make the site work and are set without asking. They carry no advertising identifiers.

NamePurposeLifetime
planist_tokenKeeps you signed in to the app.7 days
planist_langRemembers the language you chose.1 year
planist_consentRemembers your cookie choice so we do not ask again.6 months

The app also keeps preferences such as theme, timezone and focus-timer state in your browser's local storage. That data never leaves your device.

4. Analytics cookies (optional)

With your permission we measure which pages are visited, how long they take to load and where people give up, so we can fix what is not working. Reports are aggregated; we do not use them to identify you.

5. Marketing cookies (optional)

With your permission we let Google and Meta know that a visit or sign-up came from one of our ads, so we can tell which ads are worth running. These providers may combine that with data they hold about you under their own policies.

NameProviderPurposeLifetime
_gcl_au, _gcl_awGoogle AdsAttributes a sign-up or purchase to a Google ad click.90 days
_fbp, _fbcMeta (Facebook, Instagram)Attributes a visit or sign-up to a Meta ad; the Meta Pixel is only loaded after you allow marketing cookies.90 days

When you decline, Google tags run in a cookieless mode that sends no identifiers, and the Meta Pixel is never loaded.

7. Browser controls

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the necessary cookies will sign you out and reset your language.
